This policy is written for the current hosted OKO Tools platform, including builder sessions, published tools, public collections, creator profiles, analytics, and shared result pages.

Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OKO Tools by OKO Lab collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use oko360.online, the tool builder, published tool pages, creator pages, collections, analytics, and shared result pages.

Information we collect

  • Account and profile data, such as your email address, display name, username, creator preferences, and session data.
  • Builder and workspace data, such as prompts, saved prompts, build sessions, draft tool configurations, release notes, moderation notes, and saved searches.
  • Published content and public profile data, such as tool pages, public collections, creator pages, release history, and shared result pages.
  • Usage and product data, such as page views, result shares, bookmarks, collection bookmarks, directory searches, and analytics signals generated inside the platform.
  • Technical data, such as device, browser, IP-adjacent server logs, timestamps, and basic request metadata needed for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Sources of personal information

  • Directly from you when you create an account, update settings, write prompts, save drafts, publish tools, create collections, or share results.
  • Automatically from your browser or device when you browse pages, use the builder, search the directory, bookmark tools, or interact with public and creator surfaces.
  • From platform activity generated through shared engine workflows such as moderation, analytics, audit trails, release history, and product-quality checks.

How we use information

  • To create, save, publish, moderate, and host tools and related content on the shared OKO Tools platform.
  • To operate accounts, sessions, settings, creator profiles, analytics, collections, and result-sharing workflows.
  • To improve generation quality, reduce duplicate tools, enforce moderation and trust rules, and maintain platform safety.
  • To measure usage, quality, creator performance, and return loops so the product remains useful and fast to navigate.
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, detect abuse, and protect the platform and its users.

When information becomes public

  • Published tools, public collections, creator profile information, release notes, and shared result pages may be publicly accessible and indexable unless marked otherwise by moderation or quality rules.
  • Your public username, display name, tool titles, collection titles, descriptions, and public activity may appear on creator pages, tool pages, directory views, collections, analytics surfaces, and search results.
  • Drafts, private workspace actions, internal moderation details, and private account settings are not intended to be public unless you choose to publish them or the platform explicitly labels them as public.

Cookies, sessions, and analytics

OKO Tools uses secure session cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, preserve workspace state, and restore builder progress. We also record product analytics such as page views, saved searches, bookmarks, and shared results to operate the platform, improve discovery, and measure product health.

If you block cookies or local storage, some account, builder, and workspace functions may not work correctly.

Legal bases and privacy choices

  • We process information to provide the service you request, such as account access, tool creation, publishing, moderation, analytics, and result sharing.
  • We also process information for legitimate interests such as product improvement, security, fraud prevention, and platform governance.
  • Where required by applicable law, we rely on consent for specific processing activities and honor rights to access, correct, or delete personal information.
  • You may update profile details, usernames, and creator preferences in Settings, and you may request account-related help through privacy@oko360.online.
  • Where applicable law gives you rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit the sale or sharing of personal information, you may submit your request by contacting privacy@oko360.online or by using available in-product controls.

We currently operate OKO Tools as a hosted product platform rather than an advertising data broker. If our sales or sharing practices change in a way that triggers additional opt-out duties, we will update this policy and the required controls, including Global Privacy Control handling where applicable.

How we share information

  • With service providers and infrastructure partners that help us run hosting, storage, monitoring, or AI-assisted generation, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls.
  • When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
  • To protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of OKO Tools, OKO Lab, our users, and the public.
  • As part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or similar business transfer, subject to applicable confidentiality and notice obligations.

Retention and deletion

  • We keep account, workspace, tool, result, analytics, and moderation data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the platform, maintain integrity, and satisfy legal, security, or record-keeping obligations.
  • Public tools, result pages, audit history, and moderation records may be retained after edits or unpublishing to support versioning, rollback, governance, fraud prevention, and platform trust.
  • You may request deletion or account-related assistance by contacting privacy@oko360.online. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Security and international use

  • We use reasonable administrative, technical, and product-level measures to protect account, workspace, moderation, and analytics data.
  • No system is completely secure, so you should avoid putting unnecessary sensitive personal information into prompts, tool content, FAQs, guides, or shared results.
  • OKO Tools may be used internationally. By using the platform, you understand that information may be processed in the jurisdictions where OKO Lab or its providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Children and sensitive information

OKO Tools is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service without parental permission. Do not upload sensitive personal data, government identifiers, payment card data, health information, or confidential third-party data into prompts, tool content, or shared results unless you have a clear legal basis and the platform explicitly supports that use.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect platform changes, product features, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material updates, we will revise the effective date and update the policy on oko360.online.
